McKinsey & Company I have a first round McKinsey EM interview and I was told it was purely a one hour fit interview. I have already talked to another HR representative. I’ve asked around some friends at McKinsey and was told this was atypical / didn’t know what to expect. Does anyone know what type of fit questions I should be expecting? McKinsey & Company

Please help me choose the company. The parameters I'm looking for are good work life balance and growth opportunities.
