How much ZS offer to there consultants?
Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Worth looking at the PEI stuff, I think. Google if unfamiliar

You’ll definitely want to be familiar with the PEI
No idea but practicing behavioral Qs can’t hurt. If they start to give you a case (unlikely), I would ask to reschedule so you have more time to practice.
Can’t say I’ve heard of this happening before

Op do you need some fit interview prep
Yes I am ideally looking for some help on prepping
I would start prepping on the PEI regardless.
A) There is no good way to say ‘uh I haven’t been told to prep for this’. Yeah it’s true but you won’t come out ahead. Different for cases, because you can say ‘need to exercise’, but difficult for PEI - what, you just don’t have any good stories to tell?
B) You’ll need it in most/some of the following rounds, so risk of lost time is not that large.
who are you meeting with? a consultant or another recruiter?
As an update, it ended up being a 30 minute PEI interview style questioning everything you did internally with your team and externally with the client
Is it for an EM position aligned to a certain practice?
Not a good job in the recruiters part to describe what would be expected
Just to clarify further the recruiter said there would be no PEI or cases. It is an informal chat for the fit interview.
The position is for a generalist EM position in the US
It could definitely be that the HR representative may not be explaining the process to me correctly.
She mentioned after this its straight to PEI + Cases which I thought was the second round
It is another recruiter. I figured it’ll just be more fit questions so just practicing those and prepping PEI
