I have a friend who is not getting promoted to Senior Associate. As a result, she thinks that she isn't getting any compensation boost. Is that accurate? I thought they would at least move to match the market/inflation and a smaller merit raise.

I was recently promoted, and now part of my team report to me. I'm now able to see their pay rates and I am honestly so disappointed in the company. Especially since we just gave annual raises in Feb, plus we can all see where the money is going and it's not to the employees. Makes me sick

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon.
