I have a friend who just moved to the US and is an ACCA and also 2 parts done with the CPA exam. No previous Big4 experience but about 3 years working experience as a fund accountant. If she’s looking to pivot into tax (international or real-estate) what level would you recommend she apply for staff or senior? I want to refer her but not be overly aggressive so she gets passed on at EY

Guys, I am APHR certified and practiced Organization Development for several years and I still had problems getting a new job after migrating to the USA. I have been researching and learning and what I found out was to switch career minimum; needed is education (first not not certification to show you have practiced new skills). This will lead to new skill sets which will lead into more experience.

My joining date at EY GDS is on 26th of September,2022. By now, I have received a link to upload required documents and also I had a BGV process done by FADV. However, even after completion of address verification, I received a mail stating that my address verification was not successful and I was asked to share my permanent address. I did so and also uploaded my Aadhar as a proof of my residence . I have completed this more than two weeks ago but still didn't hear back. Is it ok?
