I know way too many tech people who work maybe an hour a day followed by errands and traveling. A lot of getting in these places is who you know, apparently that doesn’t work out like it used to. The amount of people who worked for Meta, Apple, Amazon, etc for a few months / maybe a year is astounding. it’s around that time frame a boss can tell if you’re worth it

One of our older employees is constantly failing IT's phishing tests. We've given her several warnings and we're now at a point where she will have to face some type of consequence (up to HR). My thing is, she is older and isn't as tech-savvy. I want to advocate for her to cut her some slack but I also want to be mindful of the fact that she has access to very sensitive information and is constantly on the verge of leaking this information.
