Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?

I’d like to replace my JetBlue Mastercard with a no foreign transaction fee Delta card (don’t mind a fee for the card). Is there a good Delta non-Amex option?
