I have absconded after 18 days from joining hcl. After 9 months they have send me 30K INR recover amount legal notice of demand on my email id.  Should I pay or if I didn't pay will they file any case against me and will this affect my abroad jobs if any. I have not received any salary or assets from HCL. Kindly suggest. Also my UAN is with HCL trust and procedure to withdraw PF amount.

I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
