I have an experience of 3 years. I was forced to resign recently. Just want to know how much experience gap do other companies entertain?

Feel like I wasted a year learning UX.
I'm a graphic designer with 8 years of experience in brand design and visual comm
Finished 2 certifications in ux design


But now if I apply to UX or UI design roles obviously I am not that experienced.
Which means I need to take a pay cut starting as a junior ux.

Are there any designers in the middle who add skills while they work like UX?

Which roles should I apply to now?
My expectations are atleast something between $90-110k 🇨🇦

I work in sales as a coordinator and do a bunch of paperwork with customers online. I LOVE PEOPLE but dread going to work everyday (wfh 3x a week) because the environment is toxic. Let's say I can't get a product or marketing job in tech, but I could get in via sales or customer success. Does working in those roles pigeonhole you, or is it easy to switch later? If you take a job as a customer success mgr for ads, or as a partnership mgr for learning solutions for industry X, are you going to get stuck in those products (ads, learning solutions), roles (CS, sales/partnerships), or target industry (X)?

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.

I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money
