I have an HR round coming up with Lloyd’s.

My current CTC is 25 LPA (including 10% variable). This month in current org I’m expecting a 12% hike along with a decent bonus, which will take my effective compensation close to 28 LPA.

Considering this and the fact that this is an external move, what would be a reasonable hike to ask for?

Would 36 -38 LPA be a fair ask for a role at Lloyd’s? Also, any tips on negotiating fixed vs variable or joining bonus would really help.

I have heard there is some HR policy that boomerang/ returning employees are taken back on the older salary. Can someone please share more details about the period of applicability and exceptions? Thank you.

Is it worth it to get the Amex platinum for a year for the large bonus offer if the intention is to possibly cancel it at the end of the year rather than downgrade?

Currently interviewing for an Associate Partner role with New York Life. I have 15 years experience in financial services. What should I be asking for when it comes to salary. The range they give is $60k-$160k base, not including bonuses.

If you relocated from California (LA) to Washington state (Seattle), what will be the compensation adjustment? Will it be significantly lesser as Seattle is a MCOL vs LA an HCOL? Also, will only the base be adjusted or bonus/RSUs as well?

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. I have attended two interviews with cognizant for the same role. From that, I have got an offer letter from one panel and I am discussing with the HR about to make some salary revise.
Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.
Does this results in any drawback for the offer letter i have got already?
