Partner Interview (6th interview).
Good or Bad?
My referral had interviews w/ (1)
recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.
11 YOFE
He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is
qualified for).Deloitte

Ive interviewed for a handful of IHC jobs and had multiple offers. No one asked this and I would not disclose.
I don’t think they will know that as it’s primarily an internal marker for partnership consideration and comp. I would just skirt the answer though and say your graduation year.
Thank you! This is helpful.

Nope
Don’t lie if asked but you don’t need to disclose. I think it’s highly unlikely you’ll be asked. Have a good answer ready for why you weren’t busy that year just in case.
In-House does not care about what year associate you are. That is a law firm thing and the first thing you will realize once you go In-House. All the stuff you worried about at a law firm, is completely different In-House.
They dgaf about class year lol and I wouldn’t offer it
Never, ever lie. But I do not expect this to come up.
Your class year is when you graduated. Why would anyone even ask? Don't walk into interviews feeling lesser. Your compensation growth is going to be slow once you join the company. Get all you can from the beginning.
