I have an interview scheduled with a Managing Director for KPMG in their Local and State Advisory unit as an Advisory Associate. It’s 2 30 minute interviews with no mention of a case, technical, or multiple rounds. What can I expect?

I have an interview coming up for a Case Manager position for the in-home care company. I would have 16 patients in my caseload 9 locally & 6 out of town. The company said the case managers are the backbone to their organization. Is the workload much greater than the in home nurse? Would a Case Managers make more an hour bc of their leadership decisions & caseload they are responsible for? In Indeed the ranges for salary varied. What would you negotiate for in NW Ohio area?
