Have you worked there? What have you heard?

Benefits are average for the industry. Comp can be negotiated. DM me with any specific questions. I like it here.

For sure! I agree. Happy here but there are a lot of complaints about the health insurance..definitely worth negotiating up. Feel free to DM!

Thanks All - I accepted the offer and will be joining.

I’m excited 😆

Can you negotiate anything with medical benefits since the company buys a plan? Seems unlikely. The plan options are the plan options. What is it that you need? Maybe you could convince them to contribute more to an HSA?

Sorry all. To clarify - want to know your thoughts on the medical benefits. I have great coverage now so I want to make sure I take this into account as I negotiate my salary 🙂

What do you want to negotiate? There's not much room for medical benefit negotiation

D2 what group? I was told SC doesn’t go that high

Do you think i should take a one bedroom for 2k or stick it out to july 2021 for 1k per month. Losing 1 k savings towards a house. Helpppp

Would you ever let your firm/company know that you are looking to leave before you give your two weeks notice? Here’s my conundrum, I have a great relationship with my boss, company, and upper management. I’m planning to switch jobs so I can relocate closer to family. I have some interviews coming up, and already have an offer in hand, so leaving is a foregone conclusion. My boss is going to be blindsided when I tell them I’m leaving - I can’t overstate how great our relationship is. Thoughts?
