I have an offer from an MNC with a joining date next Thursday, but I recently interviewed with Amgen for a role. I reached out for an update, and they said my application is on hold while reviewing other candidates.

Should I accept the offer or wait for Amgen’s decision? Any advice would be appreciated!

Doing 2nd of 3 interviews on Tuesday and looking for interview tips. I learned very quickly that I don't understand how the levels and total comp packages work. I'm interviewing for a Business Operations Specialist and when looking at salary ranges they are all over the place. Add in the changes a few months back and I now have NO idea where I should fall.

Last week I had an interview with Infosys, it didn't go well as per my expectations but i was able to answer most of the questions asked by the panel and they said I will get the feedback from HR team but it's been more than one week and I didn't get any update on this. Yesterday I also wrote an email to the HR who scheduled the interview but still no update.
