Hi All, I got a offer at BNP Paribas Chennai, 21 Lakhs, my current CTC IS 15 lakhs fixed, here we don't have any bonus. BNP is saying they have bonus component on top of CTC. I'm ok to relocate to Chennai from Hyderabad. Not how would be the hikes and bonuses BNP Paribas.
I have 10 years of experience in change and Transformations & project Management.
Could you please advise is it a good deal. How would be hikes,bonuses any other allowances.

Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.

It depends on which team you join.how you teamtes are.But my personal experience is people are very rude.not ready to accept new changes.groupism .no use of telling to managers also.they will tell you only to adjust with the suitation .peace of mind is also important along with money.think twice before joining.

I would recommend check for reviews from linkdin, somehow i feel there are some 2-3 folks who are giving bad reviews on every post of cba. As when i pinged people on linkdin i get different reviews , Every person will have different experiences

It has been a few months since I joined the CDAO data analytics team , and I can tell with certain confidence that this organisation is better than most service based/ consulting firms.
1) better insurance coverage including parents ( 10lac) + accidental coverage
2) OPD reimbursement up to 30k
3) day care reimbursement up to 50% of total cost
4) cabs both ways
5 ) 8- 5 pm time and 40% monthly WFO criteria.
6) Pretty chilled out place , people hardly stretch .
7) reasonable hike given this year
Office politics is there everywhere. That has become part of corporate life. If anyone is facing issues here it's pretty much team specific and not in general.
Now it has been only a few month and perception can change in the future. But till this point nothing to complain about .
