I have an offer from Wipro for the role of GRC process lead in B3 band/ technical lead. They are offering me 16.5 LPA and are ready for further negotiations also.

What worries me is that the JD for this role mentions I will lead a team or devs/ analysts and would be a Team lead from functional and technical project delivery angles. However, during the interview both the faculties told me that the role would be purely GRC consulting and audit.

Anyone has more visibility into this role?

Has anyone gotten stuck at Deloitte? Like you always wanted to leave but never did? This is my biggest fear that I won’t find another job that will value the “consulting” skills because they aren’t real skills.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? I gave an interview in Accenture and the manager wants me to move to Hyderabad,but I'm comfortable with the Kolkata location.
