I have been applying for all HR positions relevant to my profile in Toronto and GTA, Canada. However, I have not received a single interview call in last 5 months. I have been applying for almost a year now and it is really draining updating the same document over and over again. Any wise word, suggestion or help will be appreciated. I’m doing second round interviews with Deloitte but also interviewing with three other companies. If I get an offer from Deloitte, how long can I put off making a decision in order to finish the interview process with the other companies? Is this generally frowned upon?

I recently gave my technical phone screening interview for the role of BA 1 at Amazon it went pretty good was able to answer 90% of the answers but after that I see that my job application shows on their portal shows 'no longer under consideration' although I'm yet to receive any mails from them.

Currently scheduling “on sites” for a S&O role in CA. My referrer said they can hire as L5 or L6. Would like to land in the L6 bucket as I’ve heard 5 --> 6 is one of the more challenging promotions.

I’m looking for info on what the real difference is in responsibilities (manager vs IC, cross functional vs focused, etc) so I can focus on checking the L6 boxes during my interviews.

I feel like my insurance company bait and switched me. For initial prescription and subsequent refill was $0. Went to pick up today and was going to be $500. Glad there’s alternatives but who would pay $500 for a month’s worth of pills.
