I have been continuously been applying for new jobs internally and externally from my current employer. Every internal job, I have been told that I did not qualify for the job due to job experience. I have been doing the same job for 10 years! I don't know how else to get any kind of experience when I haven't been left the company. I currently work two jobs and I'm already mentally exhausted to get a third job to get the "experience". Any help with this?
