I have more than 11 years of communication experience and have worked various golf jobs in the industry, but still find myself unable to close the interview. Looking for tips from what people in the market are looking for in candidates.

But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?

As usual there a probation of three months during which the notice period is half the time as compared to if I was a comfirmed staff. Woman here, question to men golfers:
I often get teamed up with male golfers as not many ladies play in my area. I feel like they feel awkward (cause they get silent around me, only saying good shot when I make a good shot) and so I start feeling awkward too, and it negatively impacts my game. Is it just in my head?
