I have been waiting to join Deloitte with H1B transfer. Received RFE early march and waiting for BAL to send response. It has been almost 2 months and getting really anxious.
Irrespective of the result of rfe, atleast the filing should be done. I have also not received any response on reminder emails sent last week. Is this very common ?,
feeling really anxious and confused.

US citizen here, and I would like to move to Europe for a couple of years. What are some big named companies (other than big 4 & MBB) that will sponsor my working visa? I would also like to move early next year. Is that unrealistic though due to COVID? TIA 😊

Can my license be renewed without the original extension petition? Or do I need to wait for the originals to come in. Trying to understand what do I need to carry to the DMV. Based in CA. BAL is taking its own sweet time to file my H1B transfer. My LCA was approved on Dec 30. They have all the documents needed to file and give me an update every week saying they will be filing it shortly. Any of you folks experiencing the same ?

Can H1B approved under consular processing but yet to be activated be transferred to another employer and can the new employer apply for transfer and change of status?
