I have been working in a very data-oriented role in the fincrime scope for almost a year now with just my bachelor's (very unusual in Italy, 99,9% of people in my practice have at least a master's).
Should i get my master's asap or i can live without it?
Is it required to access higher up positions?
I really want to move to northern Europe in the next years, is it a must there?

Hi everyone! First time posting here. I am in a good sales role at my current company but it’s my first solid AE role in the tech industry. Northrop offers me 92k w/ 3k sign on which is 30 min from home in MD for an associate systems role. They also want to give me a clearance but it will start as an interim so I can work sooner than may. MY DILEMMA: Kbr states that they know I need money now so I can accept an offer with Northrop to see if I like it until may.BUT can I have 2 security clearances running at the same time?

Is there a way of bypassing the H1B lottery? I was told by an external recruiter that if I joined their London team, after a year I could go through H1B process without the lottery. My preference is to remain with Deloitte and transfer - can Deloitte put me through without the lottery? Are there stipulations such as minimum tenure or degree types etc?
