I have been working in a very data-oriented role in the fincrime scope for almost a year now with just my bachelor's (very unusual in Italy, 99,9% of people in my practice have at least a master's). Should i get my master's asap or i can live without it?

Is it required to access higher up positions? I really want to move to northern Europe in the next years, is it a must there?
