I have been working in corp strategy & finance for 15 months in manufacturing. Prior to that, I have MBA Finance (Non IIM tier - 1) and B.Tech mechanical and no work ex b/w the two.

What are the best career paths to increase my chances of going abroad?

Has anyone pursued the CCWP (Certified Contingent Workforce Professional) certification? Was the exam difficult and did you feel it added value to your resume?

Does anyone have any sample policies regarding paying for employers paying for trainings/certifications on the condition the employee maintains employment for a period of time after complete toon? Looking to pay for CDL trainings, but want our people to stick around for at least one year post-certification - or we would deduct the cost of the class from their last paycheck should they leave prior to one year.

I got an offer to work at Morgan Stanley and I start in 2 weeks. Very happy that it’s my first actual job out of college but it is in wealth management.
