Did 4 rounds of interviews. Last 2 with 2 partners at EY. Haven’t heard back even after 1 month. One partner even commented “you will be a good addition to the team”. Hiring manager gave EY email after her interview call with me.
Fast forward two weeks, no communication. Recruiting was surprised that I was still chasing for this position, month later. Got to know last week that hiring team was continuing to interview candidates. Should I drop the idea to get hired? EY hasn’t rejected me yet.

Generally how many days does it take for offer letter to be released after having discussion with HR.
Whom should we contact if we didn't receive any further information .
I had interview and offer discussion with CTS 6 months back but didn't receive any letter and even this time after interview and hr discussion its been 4 days but no further communication.

I'm currently having an offer from BlueOptima and Cohesity and am conflicted between the two.
I have offers in the SDET profile.
Cohesity Inc is providing me MTS and @BlueOptima is providing SDET-1.
Glassdoor reviews more of less place the two companies almost equally, and the package being offered by the two is almost in the same range.
My preferences include:
Learning opportunities in the role.
Company's work environment.
Company's growth prospects, are also a consideration.

Without the MNCs name it is difficult to comment how they would treat their contractors. If it's a deal breaker for you, you can communicate to the HR that you are not comfortable working as a contractor and looking for a permanent employee role.
That's what i did and got placed as permanent employee

Irrespective of any MNC, never move to contract in India if you are permanent employees as of now.

So always seek permanent role in India
