I have cleared both technical rounds and now have an HR interview scheduled at Tiger Analytics. What are the chances of getting an offer?

I interviewed with PwC for sf dev two weeks back. Last week I called up the HR who got me interviewed for an update on it but she just said that give us some more time we will get back to you. Is it pretty usual in PwC to take this much time?
