I have cleared Technical and managerial round in TCS and in HR round they said don’t have budget and will send for approval.Mean time they told to submit the documents. I have uploaded the documents. still documents is pending for verification.After two weeks they have bank statements to send email .I have send bank statements as well.Now it is completed three months did not received any update from them.Status previously was short listed for screen. Now status is showing Candidate Job register.

Does anyone have a similar experience? I interviewed with recruiters from two of "Big 4". Both interviews went well, and I was told the recruiters will submit my resume to the partners and senior managers for the next interviews. 3 weeks later, I received the rejection letters without the next interview. I wonder why the partners even not bothered to interview me. If it matters, I am a CPA with 3 years non-PA experience and applied for experienced associate positions. I appreciate any insights.

AWS lowballed but I negotiated to match Cloudflare. Cloudflare offers more equity but AWS has a higher base.

I love Cloudflare. The people are great but it’s an engineering culture and the sales team isn’t as well shaped up and I can’t go for a promotion until at least 18 months of tenure. I am an investor in the company and think of them super highly. I’ve already got half a years SDR experience and AWS promotes quicker.
