I have completed 4 rounds each of 60 - 90 mins with TW , only the leadership round is pending i got a mail saying that they put my hiring on hold for now and may be they will resume back after 2-3 months , any one has any idea when will they lift this hiring freeze . if this happened before .. and how long it takes to resolve ..

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?

I've been always eating tons of sugar growing up and I've finally decided to stop eating heavily processed food/sweets a month ago. I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. I am used to working in a place where we always worked by taking help from others and here it is sort of assumed that we would be knowing everything right from day 1. Also there is no pairing in my project. Any suggestions on what should be done would be welcome.
