I have completed screening round and loop rounds for Senior Technical Consultant for Microsoft. It's been a week now and I haven't heard anything till now but my status in the action center is still showing as "Interview". What can I take out of this?

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.
