I have finally been at my job long enough for my PTO to kick in. I only get 40 hours of PTO a year, but it's better than nothing! How much PTO does your employer give you?

I’m currently at 200 hours a year, can roll PTO over, and can have up to 300 hours in my bank.

Around 200 hours per year. It’s varies by company

The hostility on my team is rough. We have a yeller. I walked by her room the other day. She was screaming across the room at a student, "you have to be kind to get kindness." Seriously, those were her words in a loud, berating, angry tone. Our admin has asked that we not report these. We are to talk to the teacher. She has yelled at me and other adults. Admin has to know she treats the kids this way too. One teacher has to work with her door closed to not hear the yelling all day.

What’s a fair operations manager salary

Hi, I'm an employee at a hotel chain who works remotely. I've been working remotely for over a year now and I love it! The company I work for is very supportive of remote workers, which is great.

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.
