Recruiter said my profile is selected for these companies and I need to submit my profile form and along with that I need to pay a security amount which will be refund. I was given a salary range of 95k-100k for a mulit billion dollar company. Senior financial analyst. Is it unreasonable to ask for 110k or 105k if an offer gets extended? Since its late in the year, they said i wont get a bonus or merit increase this next year, could i use this as reasoning behind more money?

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?
