I have got an offer from HCL and the offer is very less compared to the ctc I quoted in HR discussion, infact it's 4L less than the offer which I'm already holding (it was informed to HR).. is this what HCL usually do?

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.

Since 6 months I am mailing them asking for clearance but they didn't gave, now HR has also left the company, Please help what to do ..
