Each team's has its own process, design system, technology etc. We identified that most of the teams use and need components that were already conceptualised, designed and developed, for our other products, and we are starting to create a global set of components, a global design system that we will use on all our products. Hello, I have accepted an offer at a competitor company and sent in my resignation letter. My start date is 5 weeks from now so I put in my end date 4 weeks from date letter was signed. Not my ideal exit but I accepted an offer at another Big4 for a 26 percent hike in base.
Ideally I’d exit to industry in Product/Program manager role but I really needed out and this came up so I took it. And Im on H1B so I cant keep interviewing/accept a better offer if it comes up, once the transfer is initiated.
