I am in my second year as a attorney, I was a FL paralegal before law school and would eventually like to end up there again. I am in a very small rural area, pretty much only solos, and no FL solos appear to be hiring/expanding at this time.

The Current scenario of high attrition rates and job shift by taking multiple offers has been caused by a resource crunch in the market.
