I have heard Exlservice holdings, inc. gives importance to IITians and even while hiring mid senior level employees they still distinguish. Like 6yrs exp from normal college will get band c1 but IITian will get c2.
Wondering if this is the scenario how much this might impact culture and WLB inside the organisation.
