Q1- is it worth to switch from Deloitte USI to PWC AC Bangalore. Anyone who switched from USI to Pwc for SAP FICO please answer?

I don't know how EY is but at Deloitte they give you $1k/year into your HSA if you do a high deductible plan. I ran the numbers and for a family, it's no cheaper to do a PPO than high deductible even if you hit your deductible.
If you're healthy , and don't visit doctor often , go for the high deductible plan. HSA is a good investment
@D1 Assuming you don't have services other than routine office visits. If you don't have your HSA built up and you have a hospital stay, your wallet will be very toasty with a 5k deductible. I can show you my wife's 13k bill as proof of that scenario. :(
@EY1 I did have that my first year. 2 kids Ahmad ENT surgery. I would never have a 13k bill though since my family out of pocket max is $7400. Since I itemize taxes I was able to deduct the cost that didn't come from my HSA.
I itemized, but didn't hit the threshold for the deduction. Still paying for that event three years later. I'll never work for SAIC again after that.
