i have heard that they are going to merge the role of associate and senior associate coming this year similar what they did for VP and thats why not considering promotions from Associate to senior Associte, is it really true? in that case what will be the new role?

and isnt it unfair for the person who is having 10 years experience and senior associate now they will be equal to 3 year experience guy

also to all associates who are expecting promotions to get some good hike?

If I was a junior on a team during a campaign launch, is that something I can put in my book? I helped during the concepting phase, was responsible for keeping the boards up to date, and wrote a lot of the supporting materials (print, social etc) but obviously I was not on the shoot or the lead on writing the script. At what point does it not make sense to buy/ build a bigger home? My husband dislikes our house immensely (was his with former wife) and wants to move.
