Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Apparently it’s because many people are applying for other jobs, easily giving interviews in working hours, concentrating more on side hustles and not on the main work, lacking in concentration that’s resulting in poor quality work and needing to do a lot of rework, etc. etc.
Yeah 'apparently'
A master dominates and controls the slave. A slaves work is to follow masters orders. Slave cannot do work from home. He needs to grind in office long house without reason so that master gets more profit and more revenue from their business. In return slave gets appreciation email, coffee mugs, hike that's equal to inflation, ergonomic chair, free tea coffee etc.
Sad but it's true my project started implementing it.🥲
Actually not Accenture my client started implementing it since last 2-3 months.
I think it differs from one project to another. It’s been 2 years and no one has ever forced me to Work from Office.
Main reason is to curb attrition rate.. clients also look at attrition rates while offering the business to a company..
Because of many things, first is if MNCs operate from SEZs, they get good tax benefits and subsidies. Secondly, the ecosystem - Eateries, PGs, rented flats etc other things which operate around an SEZ, local political pressure. Thirdly, many of these senior managers and above have property investments, I know 2-3 senior folks who have flats which they give on rent. Their income has stopped due to wfh.
