Has anyone gotten funding for their startup from an angel investor? A friend from grad school submitted a patent but needs funding for the patent fees, then a clinical trial. (1/2) I started a new job less than a month ago at a large firm with a significant pay increase. I work remotely- which is a special arrangement. They paid for my travel to their headquarters for in-person training. After interacting with my manager and some of the attorneys, I feel like I made a mistake. Manager is demeaning and rude. A bunch of the attorneys dropped not so subtle hints that people who work from home are causing all kinds of problems. I don’t know what to do.

Initially it will be manual and then it will have automation testing. At the same time I have an offer in another company with good package but there won't be much learning compared to the current company project I am yet to get locked. Is learning important and priority for 4.5 years of experience? Or better to go with the high package offer? (Other company offer is from TCS). Your valuable comments would help.

I haven't received any interview calls been 2-3 months now, my profile itself is not getting shortlisted for some reason. My NP-90 days in Naukri and LinkdIN. I get some calls from HR asking about my details but then they say I will talk to my tech lead and get back to you if your resume get shortlisted.

Selenium with web driver for web apps or mobile testing with appium? Which one is easy?

Hi fishes I’m currently working with webdriver io with Javascript since past 4 months alone with manual testing, currently I have one year of complete manual testing and 4 months of automation + manual testing, I want to crack outside interviews and need suggestions on how to prepare for interviews and suggest me if I need to continue with webdriver io or try to switch into selenium Java

People on the app are posting great salaries 30+LPA, 40+ LPA
But not sure how many are for QA or SDET.
Can we really negotiate YOE*3.5 and above?

What skills do they look for?
DS or Algo is not on list for QA right?
What's the skill we need to learn to reach 40Lpa+ for 7-9YOE.
