I have joined infosys a month ago in march 2026 as lateral hire. I got rejected in one client interview. I want to know few things regarding client interview.
1. What type of questions they will ask?
2. Whether they will give coding questions or not.. like DSA problems.
3. Whether there will be only scenario based questions, like challenges faced, how to handle any situation or like that??
4. If I don't get any project then whatwill happen??

Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. How do one get a referral for a position in FAANG within data science? Sweden, Europe.
