Got offer from deloitte and honeywell. Deloitte offering X+ 3.5 Lpa (2 lakhs as JB) for Mumbai location and honeywell X+ 8 Lpa for Pune location. Please guide as tech stack in honeywell is their own product and proprietary language whereas in deloitte its open and will help in future switches or help in learning curve. Please guide. How is hike and onsite opportunities in both organizations
