What are your book recommendations?

Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.
Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

If you’re an environmental scientist, DM me, my firm always has positions for such people. Decent pay, most roles are remote as well. Great culture too.
You must be a woman?
Research Women’s Equal Pay Day. Get your confidence. You want to learn how being underpaid impacts you- and of course to be prepared to have this conversation of pay equity and seek companies with pay transparency practices.
What are you afraid of? They are depending on you to not have the strength to negotiate.
Really uninformed for a black woman from the UK.

Op I come from the environmental consulting world. What is your exact job hydrologist?, geologist?, environmental engineer?. Are you a site lead?, what do you exactly do? Etc. Yes 48k with 3 years seems low but it depends…
What is your current comp? With $3/hr you would only be asking for $6k and if they say you are severely under paid that is not much. I would be thinking that refers to 10-20k underpaid. You’re not likely to get the first number you ask for so aim high.
Can you ask your old supervisor what you should aim for?
I currently make 48k. When I initially started I requested 55k and was hit in the face with an offer of 42k. I felt like I negotiated well, but not well enough. Asking that person is a great idea. Compensation is such an uncomfortable topic for me.
Try to assess the market pay for your role from Glassdoor, reddit threads and you should be paid in the similar range. The raise you ask should be proportionate to your current base and if you have heard severely underpaid, I’d expect it to be at least 15% - 20% lower.
I just read that you are at 48k!!! Trust me, that’s unbelievably low. If you try around, you’ll get better offers. Network in this app or on LinkedIn and just give bunch of interviews. Talk to people in tour industry and find out what they value and see if you can get some certifications/courses done in those topics! Hurts me to see corporate taking advantage of you!
We can give you higher comp. Let me know if you would like a referral!
Consider making the switch!
Yes, lower pay for MBAs but the majority of folks at Deloitte don’t have MBAs.
Ure at 42?! Either jump somewhere that sees ur potential or request at least 20 k raise
Not 95k hot it’s a lower paying job because it isn’t a civil or geologist. Enviro engineering is a mix of the two with a little hydro. The point is they probably don’t have a license and aren’t senior enough to stamp documents. That’s where you’ll make your money.
Go to your senior and ask what the performance year or year end process is like
You don’t need to negotiate just figure out your company’s raise/promotion/year end process
