I am considering accepting a tesco offer. Here are my current options: 1. Tesco - SDE2, 50L full fixed. 2. Walmart - IN4, total around 50L(per year) -35 fixed, RSU 8L, variable 8L(4 year vest). 3. Paypal - SE3, total around 50L(per year) - 32 fixed, 3.2 variable, 34 RSU (3 year vest). Cctc - 23L, YOE - 6. Walmart ,Paypal ,Tesco

People who were lateraling without being on track for hours and seeking the year and bonus with the new firm, did the question of hours come up and how did you handle it during interviews to make sure you got the bonus from new firm?

My husband having 12 yrs. exp currently holds two opportunities abroad at the moment. We r a family of three (husband, wife and a 1 yo)

One is a contract role (through a consultancy) in Australia with 100k annual pay.. Other one is an On-site opportunity in New Zealand through an WITCH company, not unsure of the pay right now. Their eventual plan is to settle abroad, preferably Australia
