I have offer of 12lpa and my current ctc is 6lpa... If i got call from new company for interview should i tell then i am holding offer of 12lpa or after the the interview if o got select then i will tell that?

Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch?
