I have overall 5.6 years of experience in Embedded software domain & currently working at Capgemini for 1.3 years with 9.1 CTC but i am not happy with the package and looking for job change to improve my salary as per Bangalore expenses. Working in hybrid mode. I want to resign from CG since it has 90 days notice period, i am not getting the offer because of notice period. Is it a good idea to resign without any offer in hand ?
