GE Healthcare 23L fixed but under third party payroll (Joulestowatts). FTE conversions can happens after 6 months. (I like the project here). And no gratuity.

That is the most practical manner to approach the situation. No company needs 90 days for transition. The ones that have it uniformly try to screw their employees over as they know attrition is difficult.
Only way out is to see the trap and have the guts to quit first. Second is to never ever join such organisations how much ever hike you get.
