I have received offers from both PwC and Kearney and am considering my options. However, rather than asking the usual “which one should I choose?” question, I’d love to hear from anyone who has transitioned from PwC to Kearney after spending a few years at PwC.

If you’ve made this move, would you do it again if given the choice? What were the biggest advantages and challenges of transitioning? Any insights on differences in work culture, career progression, or long-term opportunities?

Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more. I got up to 105 files. Now I hover at 85 active files in varying stages of pre lit. I asked managing partner for help and was told to settle more claims to lessen my load. Due to the length of my notice period (90 days) I decided to resign first and then look for jobs. Did I do the right thing? Also it has been 10 days since i resigned and have got no calls.

One suggestion, we had new team build 2 years back. All persons have left , only I am left with current project. even I resigned in Dec but got retained.

Incoming MBA, I have my tuition paid for and rent covered (I will be an RA). So the only thing I need to pay for is food and entertainment. Do you think 20k is enough to last me through the 2 years? I will make a little money interning in the summer, so that would be a safety valve if I blow through the 20k.
