I have two offers on the table rn:
Guidehouse as a senior consultant at 95k
Deloitte as a consultant at 100k plus 3k signon bonus
Which one should I go with..? Both are great companies (compared to my current firm) and it’s difficult to make a decision.

Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
