Hi everyone, should a Java Spring backend developer (2.5 y.o.e) go for SAP Hybris? Hybris uses Spring Framework internally as I am told but I want to grow as a Java backend developer and want to work with microservices based projects. Hybris looks like a different ball game altogether. What should I do?

Does anyone have an idea about what techno functional role actually is in HSBC? Is it more like a Business Analyst? My prior experience is completely in Technical side. I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.
