I hear a lot about other companies laying people off only to need to hire those positions back a few months later. I feel fortunate that Target avoids layoffs. They flex schedules to ride out the slow sales periods. They have a solid commitment to keeping their team employed. What do you see going on at your company with regard to layoffs?
