I interned and accepted my return offer from one of the b4 companies, but the full time job starts next September and I’ve already graduated this fall, is it OK if I work somewhere else before my b4 job starts? Also, the “somewhere else” I’m considering joining is a client of this B4’s audit team. Will this lead to legal issues or background check issues that will ultimately keep me from joining this B4? The thing is that I don't really enjoy working in SAP. It was handed over to me when I joined my current WITCH company. Now I have decided to switch to Salesforce tech. For which I have already finished the Admin beginner part.(while staying in NP)

I just got a new job offer (3.5 YOE, strategy at late stage startup) for $125,000, sweet benefits, and $60k stock options.

Why am I like this?

Why are firms not cutting pay for the bay area/NY types that move to lower cost cities? Why are they not giving raises to the people who already lived in those lower cost cities? Assume same rank, project and bill rate. This is happening more than you think!
