I interviewed for a Graphic Design intern position. The process started with a recruiter reaching out, followed by 2 rounds of interviews with design team. They asked me to walk through my portfolio and explain my design process, along with a few questions about how I handle feedback and tight deadlines. Overall the interview felt a bit fast-paced, and the team seemed genuinely interested in my creative approach.

Is there a source/template for developing a case study in response to a scenario? A partner wants to create a deck using data from our last engagement to discuss during the learning week.

I have a promising interview at a relatively large law firm in my area (+100 attorneys) next week. The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work. The split is around 50% transactional and 50% lit.

I'm working in the US under H1B, I got a chance to face an interview for another company. My current company started the PERM application also and results will be out within the next 3 months. Is it okay to transfer my H1B to a new company? Can my H1B transfer be denied? I have been invited for an interview for a Senior Associate position at PWC AC's ethics and compliance department. I am currently a Senior(TL) at EY, will this position of a senior associate be a sort of demotion for my career?

I am finishing up a project and I’m trying to document what I’ve done for my resume. What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models? One of my dashboards got deployed to production but it’s to early to see the impact. My other dashboards are almost done but I’m moving on to something else.

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? I have 15 years within the organization, left for 10 months to be remote during the pandemic while sorting out childcare as immunocompromised family helped. Now HR is restarting my ET as a new employee. I realize I left, but not on bad terms and I am an exemplar and respected employee. Case load= malpractice? Small plaintiff’s firm of 25 attorneys. I was a 2 year associate hired and given 50 active files in pre litigation status. 9 mos later a partner quit and I inherited 45 more.
