I interviewed with KPMG and got selected in AML domain. I asked for 16lpa but from the past two weeks HR is discussing the salary with the superiors. I have 2 yrs of relevant experience and 6 yrs in total. I work with a startup earning 9.3lpa (fixed). My appraisal is due in March and I am expecting till 12lpa.
Does asking KPMG for 16lpa is too much?
