I joined accenture on 14 th Dec. Will i get salary this month from Accenture

I had an interview with DIAGEO last week and the interviewer looked pretty convinced. He told me I will be having my 2nd round next week but havn't got any update since then. Not sure if they didn't select me or the process is slow.. Anyone here having interview experience with the company??

My dilemma… I am an injury adjuster at a carrier experiencing high inventory that’s barely manageable. A competitor offered a higher salary and manageable workload. BUT, I would like to get into underwriting. I applied for UW position w/ a different carrier and they’ve made an offer. It’s lower than my current salary and significantly lower than what I’d make by taking the first offer. Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay?
